Exporting Your Activity from Garmin Connect
Garmin devices (Forerunner running watches, Fenix outdoor watches, Edge cycling computers) record GPS and elevation data. Here is how to export your GPX file:
On Garmin Connect Web:
Go to connect.garmin.com and log in.
Click Activities > All Activities from the left menu.
Select your run, ride, or hike.
In the top right corner, click the Gear icon (⚙️).
Select "Export to GPX". The file will download immediately.
